When: date and approximate time (say if it's your local time)
Map: Caucasus / Germany
Slot/aircraft: e.g. CH-47F, slot Hosp_Field_1_1-1
What I was doing: e.g. hoisting survivors at SAR #12
What happened: e.g. patients didn't board, the message stayed at 0 %
What I expected: e.g. boarding after 30 s
Repeatable?: yes / no / once
A screenshot always helps (the on-screen message, the F10 map).
If your game crashed (not the mission), attach your dcs.log from Your user\Saved Games\DCS\Logs.
Don't post passwords or access details, and don't name other players — "the other pilot in my group" is enough.
One bug = one reply. If the same bug shows up again, a short "same here" with the time helps too.
