The menu is built separately for each group, shortly after you enter the slot. After the mission starts, wait about half a minute. If it still doesn't appear, hop to another slot and back; if that doesn't help, post in Bug reports.
Messages come in the wrong language
Type !lang en or !lang cz in chat. It applies only to you and survives restarts. F10 map markers are shared by the whole coalition, so they stay in the server language.
I can't fight fires / I don't get rescue call-outs
The slot name sets your role. A slot with [FIRE] is a firefighter — it fights fires and flies logistics, but doesn't carry patients or get rescue call-outs. All other slots are rescue slots and can't fight fires.
I can't take on water
You need a firefighter slot, no patients on board, and over water you must hold below 15 m and below 5 m/s. At a hospital or FARP just land (it fills more slowly).
Survivors won't board
Landing: within 2 m of the ground and under 2 m/s, at most 200 m from them, 40 s on the ground. Hover without a hoist: below 15 m and 3 m/s for 25 s. Hoist: 10–45 m, under 1.5 m/s. A helicopter carrying water can't take patients.
The hospital didn't accept my patients
Small hospitals only take lighter cases and can be full. The message tells you why, plus the heading and distance to the nearest suitable hospital. Fly serious cases to Base, Trauma or Mobile.
The server is "paused"
With no pilots in slots the server pauses and the mission waits. As soon as someone joins and takes a slot, it carries on. Progress is saved when it pauses.
I lost my points / my co-pilot gets no points
Points, ranks and badges survive restarts. Since version 2.99.21 the whole crew gets points; if you fly two-up and your co-pilot gets none, post in Bug reports with when it happened and in which aircraft.
What survives a server restart?
Scores, credits, ranks, badges, hospital supplies and built FOBs do. Missions in progress, patients on board and active fires don't — finish what you're doing before an announced restart. Details in a separate thread.
