📌 Reporting problems with Ultimate sceneries – template and guide

Found a bug in an Ultimate series scenery? Help us find it fast: one problem = one reply in this thread, filled in using the template below.

Before you post

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the scenery (the mod download page).
  2. Check the package order in Custom Scenery/scenery_packs.ini against the installation guide. A common cause is another scenery of the same area (Ortho4XP, HD mesh, airports) placed above ours.
  3. Read the replies in this thread to see whether the problem has already been reported.

How to find the coordinates and the tile

  • GPS coordinates in X-Plane: Settings → Data Output → for Latitude, longitude, & altitude turn on the cockpit display. The coordinates then show on screen, and so on the screenshot too.
  • DSF tile = latitude and longitude rounded down to whole degrees. A place at −21.12° / 55.53° is in tile -22+055, one at −20.95° / 55.30° in -21+055.
  • Take a screenshot with the coordinates visible (on Windows e.g. Win+Shift+S) and add it to your post with the image button.

Report template

Copy and fill in:

Scenery:               La Réunion Ultimate
Scenery version:       (e.g. 1.0 – mod page or readme)
Variant:               with aerial imagery (ortho) / without (classic)
DSF tile:              (e.g. -21+055)
GPS coordinates:       (e.g. -21.1234, 55.5321)
X-Plane version:       (e.g. 12.4.4)
What is wrong:         (terrain hole, step at the shore, water, textures…)
What you expected:
Other scenery nearby:  (Ortho4XP, airports, mesh – package names)
Screenshot:            (attach an image showing the coordinates)
