A screenshot helps — for pay, the Flight debrief in the Logbook; for the tracker, its window. Never attach your password, login key or e-mail, and cover them on screenshots.
If it is about the money from a particular flight: every number of the pay can be clicked through down to a ledger line in the game. Say which line looks wrong and why.
